First we pretend to be someone that we are not.
Then gradually we become that same pretentious person and keep pretending our whole lives that this is who we are, until someone makes us realise that we are the one who was before when we first pretended to be the one we have become today.
Just remember! You'll never get that person back and you are definitely going to miss them.
So just be who you are in the first place. Accept your fears. Accept your flaws. Tell them what you feel, even if you are critical about them. Be polite. Be sensitive. Crack that pimple and let that scar be another rebellious flaw. Mark your identity because there ain't another "you". May be then you can create something, which may or may not be big, but it definitely will be worthy.
Come out of your shell as yourself, not better, not filtered. First accept yourself as you are, because you can only accentuate something basic. Be the basic you and then take a step ahead.
